Brian Biggs is one of the busiest men in the state! From being married and the father of two young adults to being an assistant Pastor of a local community church and an elected member of the NC House of Representatives (District 77) he doesn’t sit still long! Brian was born and raised in the Triad and has deep roots as an active, positive force of good in the community.

Meet the Staff:
Kim Conley started with Allred & Co., REALTORS® when they opened in February 2000. For 10 years she worked as the office manager, then obtained her real estate license. Kim pursued other endeavors until 2018 when she returned to Allred & Co., with a knowledge of HVAC to assist Casandra in property management.
She is a lifelong resident of Trinity raising 2 sons. Kim has a 12 yr old grandson Daxton and 11 yr old granddaughter Spencer. She is a longtime advocate for animals, especially dogs, who always seem to find her. She supports local dog foster & animal rescue, Ruff Love Rescue. Kim has 2 rescue dogs Petey and Lulu. Her 2 grand-fur babies Winnie & Brodie spend every weekend with their Grandma. Kim enjoys crossword puzzles, camping, the Virginia mountain, sunrises and sunsets at the beach.

Casandra Griffin has been with Allred & Co., REALTORS since 2014. She raised four children in the Archdale-Trinity area. She has two sons who are active duty in the Army, a daughter who is a Stay-at-Home mom/ social media influencer and her youngest daughter who is a Paramedic in Atlanta, GA. Since her marriage in 2024, she has been the proud stepmom to two sons in the Wilmington area. Casandra is an avid photographer, loves creative writing, gardening and plays the piano. She lives in Archdale with her husband and their orange cat, Crumpet.

If you’re from this area, it’s quite likely that you already know and love Billy. If you’re not from here, it won’t be long before you have a business transaction of some kind with him involved. Billy doesn’t meet a stranger and never says no to an opportunity. He was born and raised in Randolph County and has always called it home. Billy is an Army Veteran and was inducted into the Trinity Hall of Fame in October 2025.

MEET THE STAFF:
Valerie and her husband are “Yankee” transplants from Upstate New York, moving to NC over six years ago. It’s then that she met Karen Allred, who was their realtor, friend and now employer! Valerie joined the Allred team in the Spring of 2023; she was initially hired as an Administrative Assistant and is now our HOA Finance Manager and Quickbooks guru. With nearly 50+ years’ business experience she keeps us all on track with her incredible organizational skills, spreadsheets and budgeting wizardry. In her time off, Val enjoys crafts of all kinds. From quilting to sewing, she’s a fabulous cook and has a current obsession for all things sourdough. Last, but certainly not least, she is an avid lover of animals, especially her pack of doggies at home.
