What do I need to fill out a credit application?

Applicants will need valid ID, proof of income (check stubs) and the application fee of $50.

How do I submit the application?

Credit applications must be dropped off at our office with the requested items. Incomplete paperwork will not be processed. We have a drop-box in our back door that applications/payments/paystubs can be dropped off- you must include the payment in order to be processed.

Do I have to make three times the rent amount to be approved?
No. We do not use that method of qualifying tenants.

How do you determine if my credit qualifies for a rental?

We look at four factors when deciding: credit history, rental history, employment and verify your income.

What if I have an eviction on my credit?

Any outstanding eviction or judgement from previous landlords or real estate companies on your credit report will automatically disqualify you from renting with our office. If the judgement has been paid off, you must provide proof from the Clerk of Court with a payment receipt or “Satisfaction of Judgement” form.
